Whole-home carbon filtration, softening and RO drinking water for Lakewood homes, installed starting at $3,500. Transparent, all-in pricing quoted before any work starts.
Every tap served by the Lakewood Water District gets well water. The district uses no surface water at all and draws from 31 active wells in four aquifers, from about 100 feet to about 1,000 feet deep. The aquifers are glacial sand and gravel, separated by finer layers that the ancestral Nisqually and Puyallup rivers laid down.
Rain falling across the roughly 149-square-mile Clover and Chambers watershed, from Puget Sound east to the Graham area, refills these aquifers. All district water is chlorinated, and some wells have filtration to remove iron and manganese where levels are elevated. It is a groundwater town in a region best known for mountain water.
Most of this region's water is soft, so the first thing Lakewood homeowners tend to notice is taste: chlorine at the kitchen tap, or water that just does not taste the way they want it to. Where a city draws on wells, what comes out of the tap can differ from the mountain supply next door.
Whatever your situation, the next step is the same: we pull the public data on your water, tell you exactly what your home needs, and install it for one all-in price.
Every Lakewood job is handled locally, start to finish, by a Puget Sound company.
