A local company built on doing what we say we will do.

Joseph Chan started Seattle Water Filtration to help people across the Seattle area get cleaner, better-tasting water at home, with fewer of the added chemicals that come through the tap. Water is one piece of how he lives: he trains Brazilian jiu-jitsu three or four times a week, eats clean, and does not drink or smoke.

He has run a home service business before. Joseph owned a moving company in New Jersey for about three years, one truck and a crew of five to ten, mostly local jobs with the occasional run across the country, until COVID shut it down. Before and since, he has spent more than 20 years in sales and customer service.

What that taught him is simple. Be responsive. Do what you said you would do. If something goes wrong, own it. He would rather you know the face behind the company and judge it by how the job gets done.
